How Much Is Domestic Shipping

FREE Shipping on ALL orders in the US !

All orders in the US will ship for FREE via USPS regular mail.  Tracking is not included. 

You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail shipping for a flat fee of $5.95.  There is tracking with Priority Mail.

Please note you can visit www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/ to find out the expected delivery time to your destination, if you enter 11204 as the origin zip code.  

Please note all mailing option is subject to the performance of the USPS.  Purl Pointe in no way guarantees that your package will be delivered in the specified time frame as we do not have control over mail delivery service.

FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FREE IF YOU KEEP YOUR ENTIRE ORDER.

How Much Is International Shipping?

All orders to Canada will ship for a flat fee of $9.

All orders to the United Kingdom will ship for a flat fee of $12.

All orders to the rest of the world will ship for a flat fee of $18.  

Merchandise will not be marked as a gift or marked down in value on the customs declaration form. Buyer is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.  Please be aware of any customs charges for your country before placing an international order.

We are not responsible for any package that is refused or abandoned.  We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items due to customs inspection.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed for shipment Mondays through Fridays.

Orders received by 6pm EST are normally shipped on the next business day.  No shipment will be processed on any US Postal Service Holidays.  Please see list of 2017 Holidays.

Do You Charge Taxes?

We are located in NY.    All NYS residents will be charged Sales Tax at the rate of 8.875%.

How do I buy an item?

Our very easy to navigate website is designed to give you the best possible shopping experience.

To see a product description, click on the item to view the relevant details. Type in the quantity you would like to buy and click ‘Add to Cart’. If you leave the quantity box blank, it will automatically add one item. Once this button is pressed, it will take you to your shopping basket; you can then either choose to continue shopping which will take you back to your initial page for you to start the process again or you may proceed straight to checkout.

What if the item I need is out of stock?

If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please contact our Customer Service Department who will be more than happy to tell you if and when it can be expected to come back into stock.

Alternatively, we can special order the item for you.

What  Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We currently accept the following types of credit cards:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We also accept PayPal.

What Are The Return/Replacement Policies?

We have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee return policy from the date of purchase, provided that the goods are returned in its original packaging and new condition. 

We are happy to refund or exchange your order, provided you contact us first for authorization.

Customer must pay for return postage.

15% Restocking Fee

Items that have been opened/used will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

How will I get my Refund?

Returns with valid authorization will be refunded in the same form of payment as the original order.

Refunds will be given for the returned item after deducting the cost for shipping and handling of the original order

How Do I Return An Item?

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them for a full refund, providing they are new, not used and in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase.  Please email us at Purlpointe@gmail.com for a return authorization.  Please remember to include a brief note to explain the reason for return.

If you are returning your entire order, you may not keep the free gift that was included with purchase.

Shipping and handling cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by trackable delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing.
